During the 1970’s and 1980’s Ric Hayter founded and developed Melbourne’s largest independent financial planning business (Winchcombe Carson). Ric Hayter was Managing Director and Dealer Principal for the company. This business was sold to a major financial institution in 1984. Since that time he has established and on-sold no less than three national financial services distribution business networks throughout Australia and South-East Asia.

A Queensland resident since 1994 Ric Hayter subsequently founded the Queensland Property & Share Academy – a business that delivered property and share market education courses in a structured classroom environment.

Drawing upon 25 years experience in financial markets Ric Hayter designed and created a stock market software program which assisted people to trade the market viz: the Integra Stock share market trading system. Over the next 4 years, Ric, in his capacity as a director of the company negotiated strategic alliances with stock broking and funds management companies in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong and the USA.

Hayter has trained thousands of first time traders throughout Australia and South East Asia in the basics of share market education and risk management strategies. In 2005 Ric’s financial services companies entered into a joint venture with Millhouse IAG – a leading Brisbane based venture capital and private equity company. Ric Hayter was immediately in demand as a key note speaker and seminar presenter for the company’s International Investment Forums in Singapore as well as their Corporation Builders workshops in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. He has an extremely successful track record in introducing new product and technologies into markets where major players are firmly entrenched. Ric Hayter has many commercial interests foremost among them renewable energy pioneer SKYShades. He is also a partner in the Asian Pacific Property Group.

Ric Hayter is a fully licensed commercial and residential real estate agent. He has a 30 year history as a property investor and developer and has personally managed real estate sub divisions, house and townhouse developments, retirement villages and commercial projects.
